How pricing works.

Scoped per operator. Quoted in writing. Premium positioning, no rate sheet, no discount strikethroughs. The visibility score is free.

Why we do not publish a rate sheet.

Every operator we work with has a different starting point and a different set of channels worth running. A 12-location restaurant group has different needs than a solo realtor. A dental practice with 4.2 stars and 19 reviews needs different work than one with 4.8 stars and 400 reviews. Publishing a rate sheet would either over-charge the small operators or under-deliver to the larger ones. So we scope the work first, then quote.

How a typical engagement gets priced.

The discovery call covers six things:

What the price never includes.

Hidden fees, surprise overages, vendor pass-through markups. Every quote is the full price for the work we are committing to. If we cannot deliver something inside that price, we say so before you sign.

Is the visibility score really free?
Yes. No credit card, no commitment. We map your real presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and AI search, deliver a written scorecard, and tell you exactly where the gaps are.
Can I hire one role instead of the whole bench?
Yes. The journalist, the coordinator, the local visibility strategist, and the reputation manager each operate as a standalone role. The right answer is usually whichever channel is the current bottleneck.
Do you discount?
No. We do not discount, strikethrough, or run promotional pricing. The work is priced at the value it delivers.
What does the engagement look like once signed?
Voice training during the first two weeks. First drafts going through approval inside three weeks. Closed-loop optimization on every channel by week four. Weekly performance digest from week one.
What happens if it does not work?
If the metrics in your written engagement do not move in 90 days, the engagement gets re-scoped or wound down. We do not lock operators into work that is not paying back.
