Tableside AI offers three pillars of service.
Specific scope, deliverables, and price for any engagement are documented in a written Statement of Work countersigned by both parties before work begins.
The free operator audit at tablesideai.com/audit is a no obligation review of your operator stack. We collect your name, business name, email, and the information you provide in the form. Within 7 business days we deliver a 2 page written audit. Submitting the form does not create a contract for paid services.
You agree not to use the site or services to:
Tableside AI retains ownership of all software, prompts, templates, brand voice systems, and proprietary tooling used to deliver the services. Content created specifically for a paying customer (posts, audits, written deliverables) is owned by that customer once the corresponding invoice is paid in full. Each party keeps ownership of pre existing materials it brought to the engagement.
Recurring services are billed monthly in advance. Project services are billed per the milestones in the Statement of Work. Invoices are due net 7 unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in pause of services. We do not discount list price; bundles, scope reductions, and case study trades are available.
You can cancel a recurring service at any time with 30 days written notice to [email protected]. Project services are non refundable once a milestone is delivered.
Information shared by either party in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the services, unless the information is public, was already known, or is required to be disclosed by law.
The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation of any third party platform (LinkedIn, Meta, X, YouTube, Google, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, OpenAI, or any payments or POS provider) on which the services depend. We make no guarantee of specific revenue, ranking, or engagement results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tableside AI's total liability for any claim arising from the site or services is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the 3 months preceding the claim. Tableside AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to defend and indemnify Tableside AI from any claim arising out of (a) your use of the services, (b) content you provide, or (c) your violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of the site or services after a change is your acceptance of the updated terms.
